ABout doug elks

Doug Elks is an evangelist who travels sharing the good news of Jesus with schools, churches, men’s ministries, community outreach events, and more. He is the founder of Doug Elks Ministries, an evangelistic ministry on mission to boldly proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ and win souls all over the world in person, digitally, and by any means possible, to the glory of God.

Before stepping into full time ministry, he played D1 college basketball at Western Carolina University and served as a captain on the team. He now uses his testimony and the game of basketball to share the gospel.

In his free time, Doug takes on physical challenges that build faith, endurance, and confidence. Those have included half marathons, full marathons, a 50-mile trail race in San Francisco, and the Run Your Race 100-mile ultramarathon.
